Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can take full ownership of paid advertising performance across Google and Meta. You’ll manage campaigns, tracking, testing, and reporting with a clear focus on what matters most: booked consultations and new members, not just clicks or form fills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads, including budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, search terms, and negative keywords.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including audience, creative, Reels, and Stories testing.
• Optimize advertising performance toward cost per booked consultation, close rate, and new-member acquisition.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, and GoHighLevel attribution.
• Monitor campaign and tracking performance regularly and resolve issues before they affect results.
• Report weekly on spend, cost per lead, cost per consultation, close rate, and other meaningful performance trends.
• Recommend new tests proactively and provide clear creative briefs based on campaign performance data.
• Support advertising expansion and campaign coverage as the business grows into an additional location.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong hands-on Google Ads experience, especially local Search campaigns, with Google being the top screening priority for this role.
• Proven Meta advertising experience across Facebook and Instagram, including campaign structure, audience testing, and creative testing.
• Strong conversion tracking and attribution skills, with the ability to connect ad spend to booked consultations and closed members.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and flag underperformance early with recommended solutions.
• Clear written English and concise, numbers-focused reporting without needing reminders.
• Strong accountability, documentation habits, coachability, and interest in building a long-term working relationship.

• 8am-4pm PST
