Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for two proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Virtual Assistants to support a growing business in the restoration and remodeling industry. You'll focus on social media management, video editing, AI-powered content creation, and digital marketing to help strengthen the business's online presence. We're looking for dependable problem-solvers who take initiative, deliver quality work, and are excited to build a long-term working relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and audience engagement.
• Create and edit engaging videos, promotional reels, and short-form content showcasing restoration and remodeling projects.
• Use AI tools to generate creative content ideas, improve marketing strategies, and streamline daily workflows.
• Design eye-catching social media graphics, promotional materials, and marketing content using Canva.
• Manage marketing campaigns, customer information, and automated workflows through GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar to support brand visibility and audience growth.
• Monitor social media performance, track engagement, and recommend improvements based on results.
• Identify marketing opportunities, solve problems independently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Required Tools:
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
• Canva
• AI tools (ChatGPT or similar platforms)
• Video editing software (CapCut or similar tools)

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and video editing.
• Confidence using AI tools to create marketing content, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for engaging visuals, compelling videos, and consistent branding.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills when managing multiple marketing tasks.
• A determined, results-driven attitude with the ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills, a genuine interest in long-term collaboration, and willingness to undergo a pre-employment credit check with consent.

Working Hours:
• 30 hours per week, scheduled within 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time (CST/CDT), Monday to Friday.
