Do I need to hire Full Time VA?
We strongly advise you to hire full-time to maximize your VA's capabilities. If you have less work for your VA, you can get them to upskill. Your VA will be able to do tasks that are more valuable to you than intended.
How do I pay the VAs?
We'll take care of the payouts so your virtual assistants have a hassle-free payroll system.
Do VAs speak English?
They speak great English. Most of them are college graduates.
Do VAs work on our hours?
Yes. VAs are flexible depending on your availability.
How do I know If they are working?
We use a tracker where it tracks their activity level every 10 mins. Our tracker also takes a screenshot of your VA's computer screen every 10 mins and will stop working once they have been idle for 5 mins.
