With over a decade of teaching experience in the field of education, Rachel has made a significant impact on students' lives. She has also worked in quality assurance roles for publishing companies and AI development projects, ensuring top-notch standards.

During the pandemic, Rachel sought a work-from-home job and joined Phyllis Song Consulting. Originally hired as a graphic designer, her exceptional writing skills led to a transition into the role of a copywriter with the support of Boss Phyllis. She now serves as the company's official copywriter.
