Talent Partner Tier
Tier 1
Responsibilities: Bringing in people, getting them hired, helping with applications, creating portfolios, videos, and personality tests.
Compensation: One-time payment of $15.
Tier 2
Responsibilities: All Tier 1 tasks plus interviewing applicants, recording interviews, creating recommendations, and forwarding to talent managers.
Compensation: One-time payment of $20, plus a $5 recurring payment after the VA is hired for 30 days.

TIER 2 – IMPACT LEADER
Responsibilities:
Bring in people, help them get hired, and support them in completing their portfolios. Once they're hired, the Talent Manager Team takes over.
Responsibilities:
Take a more active role! Interview applicants, record and forward interviews, write recommendations, help complete their portfolios, and support them through hiring.
REWARDS:
$75 per hired referral
$25 when they’re hired
$25 after 7 months of successful employment
$25 on their 1-year work anniversary
